Friendships Matter was developed to assist school counselors, therapists and other mental health professionals in creating and facilitating social skills group therapy for school age children with significant social skills deficits. The Friendships Matter training bundle includes:
1. Six training episodes; and
2. One accompanying resource manual. The resource manual includes:
- Eight sessions of social skills group curriculum;
- Parent handouts;
- Weekly homework assignments; and
- Group paperwork
